RESULTS OF CONTRACT RATIFICATION VOTE

FOODTOWN AND TOPS

President Niccollai reported today that votes have been tabulated concerning the contract ratification of Foodtown Supermarkets and Tops Markets, LLC.   

We are most pleased to report the results as follows:

FOODTOWN

Total Votes:   160

Yes Votes:     156

No Votes:         4

TOPS

Total Votes:   38

Yes Votes:      38

Both contracts were overwhelmingly approved by the membership and reflect achieving our most important demands as submitted by the membership.
