Every participant who has a vested accrued benefit under the United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local 464A Pension Fund, the Local 464A Finast/Stop & Shop Employees Pension Plan, or the New York-New Jersey Amalgamated Pension Plan for ACME Employees and who is employed by an employer who contributes to the Pension Funds may request a statement of his or her accrued benefit from the Pension Funds. The benefit statement is an estimate of the monthly benefit you have earned, based on the latest information available to the Pension Funds. You may request such a benefit statement once in any 12-month period.

This notice does not apply to you if you have already retired, are not currently employed by an employer who contributes to the Pension Funds, or are not yet vested under the Pension Funds.
